Point of View
POV defines what and where we are looking and in regards to immersive media and VR it is the viewpoint from which the auidence is viewing the content from wether its first person or from an observer perspective.
Field of View
The field of view is how much an observer or auidence member can see, in regards to VR this does vary from headset to headset but the more of the world we can see at once the harder it can become to focus on details of a larger image.
