Introduction
When we are thinking about 3D scanning we need to consider a variety of things from what will the 3D scan be used for, the scale of the subject being scanned and how much control do we have over the subject and space conditions in order to capture. Once we can answer these questions we then need to think about the tools at our disposal and how we can optimise the end result as much as possible.
3D scanning is not a quick process and can be frustrating to master, throughout this short online course we will discuss some techniques and tools based off practical experience capturing objects, people and spaces.
